The Role
Growth is central to ScreenCloud’s strategy. Our product-led approach powers our free tier, drives user acquisition, and enables enterprise success. As Growth Product Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping product experiences that move key metrics — from activation to conversion to retention.
This is not a data analyst role. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and engineers to turn insights into experiments and experiments into shipped features. The work you do will directly influence how thousands of companies experience ScreenCloud every day.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Own a roadmap of experiments and growth features with measurable business impact.
- Collaborate hands-on with Design and Engineering to prototype, test, and ship quickly.
- Improve onboarding and key funnels by identifying and removing friction.
- Use analytics and customer insights to form hypotheses, run A/B tests, and validate ideas.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen PLG loops and free-to-paid upgrades.
- Foster a culture of rapid learning — share wins, losses, and insights widely.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a growth-focused B2B SaaS environment.
- Track record of moving funnel metrics through in-product changes and experiments.
- Strong grasp of experimentation, A/B testing, and product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL).
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with onboarding optimisation, in-product education, or activation loops.
- Familiarity with paywalls, referrals, or usage-based growth models.
- Background in marketing automation, CRM, or advanced product analytics.
- Comfort using AI tools in discovery, prototyping, or experiment ops.
