The Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to play a pivotal role in executing our field marketing and demand generation strategy. This role is critical to the wider GTM teams, and will focus on events, growth plays, and webinars designed to drive pipeline and support our Enterprise sales efforts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - not an agency management position. You'll be rolling up your sleeves daily to make things happen - you will be instrumental in the end-to-end execution of our marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and accurate tracking of results.
Over the past 6 months, we've seen exceptional ROI from our event strategy - events are now a core pipeline driver for our enterprise sales motion. This role exists to build repeatable capability and scale what's working.
The role sits under the Chief Revenue Officer’s leadership and will report into the Director of Enterprise Marketing. If you are looking for a hands-on, results driven and impactful role then please apply below!
Responsibilities:
- Event Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various in-person and virtual events, including Tier 1 trade shows (e.g. ISE , InfoComm, Corporate Comms conferences), industry specific conferences, executive roundtables and VIP dinners, ScreenCloud’s annual Customer Conference and a monthly webinar programs.
- Webinar Management: Manage our webinar program end-to-end, from content coordination and speaker liaison to platform management, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- End-to-end Ownership & Collaboration: Working with Sales to define success metrics and KPIs in partnership with Sales before each event, manage all vendor relationships and event organiser liaison, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own post-event operations (lead tagging, CRM hygiene, performance reporting with Ops and Sales)
- Demand Generation: Support the creation and execution of targeted growth plays and campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth in key territories.
- Travel: Travel as required to manage and execute events across the US, ensuring a high-quality attendee experience.
- Tracking and Reporting: Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure all activities, leads, and results are accurately tracked, measured, and reported in our CRM and marketing automation platforms. This includes campaign setup, post-event lead processing, and basic performance analysis.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a B2B Field or Events Marketing role, with a strong focus on event execution, not just planning/strategy (both in-person and virtual).
- Demonstrable experience with B2B field marketing programs and demand generation activities or willingness to learn.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees.
- Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking and reporting purposes.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and self-starter attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
What Success Looks Like:
- Successfully execute 15-20 events in first year (includes virtual events)
- Achieve >30% lead conversion rate from events
- Build repeatable event playbooks and templates
- Deliver accurate post-event reporting within 5 business days
