Project Manager
Hello, we’re ScreenCloud!
Founded in 2015 and with 10,000+ customers around the globe, ScreenCloud is a cloud-based SaaS company, employing over 100 people in our Bangkok, Belfast, LA, Charlotte and London hubs.
At ScreenCloud, we’re hard at work helping businesses to make stronger connections at scale, and with those who are most important to them; their employees & their customers. By using the screens on their walls & the content in their systems, we enable the sales, productivity & engagement that keep our customers’ businesses thriving.
We’re very proud of our product and we’re also incredibly proud of our people. It’s our ‘ScreenClouders’ and the culture they nurture that will take us where other companies just can’t go. So if you’re someone looking to join a team of talented individuals, apply below!
The Role:
As a Project Manager within ScreenCloud’s Professional Services team, you will lead the successful delivery of complex, customer-facing digital signage implementations. Acting as the primary delivery partner for our customers post-handover, you will own project timelines, drive adoption, and ensure clients realise the full value of ScreenCloud’s platform across enterprise and event-based deployments.
You will work closely with clients, internal product and development teams, and on-site delivery teams to scope, plan, and execute high-impact projects—balancing strategic project leadership with hands-on delivery when required.
What you will be doing:
Leading customer implementations
Become the delivery lead for assigned customer projects, owning outcomes from handover through to completion.
Lead complex enterprise and custom implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to a high standard.
Act as a trusted delivery partner, guiding customers through rollout best practices and implementation milestones.
Partnering closely with clients
Work 1:1 with customers to understand their business goals, use cases, and technical requirements.
Translate customer needs into clear project scopes, documentation, and delivery plans.
Confidently lead client meetings, workshops, and status updates, keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Driving timelines, adoption, and quality
Own project plans, timelines, and dependencies using Monday.com and shared documentation.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring smooth delivery and strong customer engagement.
Maintain high standards of project documentation, including project briefs, statements of work, meeting notes, and delivery artefacts.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer teams to deliver custom solutions and resolve issues.
Contribute to improving internal implementation processes, documentation, and best practices.
Share customer insights to help inform product improvements and service delivery evolution.
You’re probably a great fit if you:
Bring strong SaaS or digital project experience
You’ve managed end-to-end delivery of SaaS, digital, or technical projects, ideally in a client-facing or Professional Services environment.
Are a confident project driver
You can scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects while juggling multiple workstreams and priorities.
Put customers first
You enjoy building strong relationships, understanding customer goals, and delivering thoughtful, high-quality experiences.
Thrive in fast-moving environments
You stay organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure—especially when timelines are tight or projects are complex.
Communicate clearly and confidently
You’re comfortable leading meetings, documenting decisions, and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Love problem-solving
You’re curious, proactive, and willing to dig into the detail—testing builds, questioning assumptions, and improving outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery
Experience working with cross-functional design and development teams
Strong written documentation skills (project briefs, scopes, statements of work)
Confident client-facing communication and stakeholder management
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable using Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana)
Willingness to travel internationally and support on-site deliveries (on occasion)
Interview Process and Experience
Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At ScreenCloud, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
